City Council member Weaver is the Glendale Rose Float committee chair for the annual Dreami ng of Roses fund raiser. He has a separate Bank of America checking account number. The acct number is known to your investigator Rudy Garza, In September 2005 (see attachment) Weaver formed a separate corporation, Dreaming of Roses Inc. that was unknown to GRFA board memb er Sheila Murray. The attorney Stafford claims that the Dorlnc has filed a 1023 with the IRS. Ace

number 95-4207754 ( a separate complaint is being filed with the IRS.___________________
