Hal,

I enjoyed our conversation about the mortgage foreclosure rules in Palmdale. The real estate price bubble broke. It was inevitable to anyone who has studied economics.

I enjoy your website. I enjoyed the videos section. I enjoy hearing from the citizens of Glendale and not just the City Councilmen. I think Glendale is creating problems by overdeveloping. I was glad to read that Montrose is now designated as an official Old Town area. At least we can preserve some history of the area.

I have seen signs that the Glendale Americana shopping/condo housing development will open in April. From what I can see of the construction of the Americana that will be a miracle, similar to Moses' parting of the Red Sea in the Bible!  I think July or August of 2008 would be more believable.

I have a good letter from the Community Forum that I think you may want to put on your website.  Glendale may be painting itself into a corner by overdeveloping the city.

You are doing an excellent job with your website of keeping the Citizens of Glendale informed about their City Government.

Do you understand why Glendale is building two new hotels. We have the Hilton, the Day's Inn and several Motels in Glendale. The two new hotels are the Embassy Suites

on Central and another new hotel somewhere near the Galleria. I don't know what is the driving need for new hotels in Glendale. Do you?
