Cell Phones --- Here is the problem: I would venture that virtually all the
residents in the proposed cell phone tower area has a cell phone. Therefore, the need for the tower.
The problem is that the tower as proposed is not
visually acceptable.
Along with others, I think that there needs to be some
sensitivity to the neighborhood and have the cell phone company come up with a
visually pleasing structure for the cell phone tower.
