12-02-09, Marlene Walker Comments on Dave Weaver’s Fund Raising

I wonder if the reason that CC Weaver is always so upset and shows so much annoyance in so many areas is because he feels guilty about actions that he has taken over the years including and especially the FPPC debacle.

He's been building up his anger and showing it more and more -- always lashing out at someone, maybe because he knew what was coming down the pike and he must pay for his illegal political fundraising actions.

He is very unprofessional in the way he conducts himself at so many CC meetings, but he keeps getting reelected over and over. His conduct has got to stop.
