The astonishing thing is that the audit committee only
meets once per quarter. Imagine, the date for the next meeting in
January has already been set. But the public won't be notified until 72 hours
before it takes place. That means you would have to walk to city hall the
weekend before the meeting and search for the paper document.
There has been no notification on the web. Not on the events section, not on
the finance section, nowhere!
The problem is more pervasive than what you've expressed.
