Hal, it is interesting to note that Mr. Steiger read your e-mail regarding Greg
Wilkinson’s Comments on the Proposed Water Rate Increases on the
weekend. I assume that all of the city’s paid and elected officials have read
the series of writings on this subject. It would be more helpful if Mr. Steiger responded to the information contained in BrucePhilpott's piece. His failure to address that
content speaks volumes.
