Regarding Mike
Mohil's comments about the Memorandum of
Understanding with the GCEA. Mike Mohill says everything that I believe
regarding city union pay and the need to have these union employees pay into
Social Security like the rest of us and be required to pay for their own
medical care -- not on the taxpayers dime.
Of course, this is not only a local problem -- please think about the
SEIU (ACORN) and other union control.
Most
people who are not connected to a union would agree if they were made aware of
where their monies are going. Many of
the electorate do not pay attention and are missing in action on this or it
would not have happened locally.
The City
Manager directs Council and he knows where his bread and butter comes
from -- so does the Council.
Such
naiveté from the electorate! Is it too late??
