08-08-10, What is the Intent of State Controller John Chiang Regarding the Posting of City Salary Information?

Dave, those are great questions, and if I knew the answers I would have included them in my e-mail to our city council members.

Like you, I hope that the answers are short, clear and understandable without the necessity for a battery of attorneys to decipher the meaning and intent.

In the meantime, we will have to put up with the salary information subterfuge on the Glendale website.
