It is all about budgeting and how the council decides
to spend the money. It is obvious that
when 70-80% of the General Fund goes to salaries and pensions not much is left
over for parks, libraries, road and sidewalk repair and new construction.
Who on council will speak for our indigent population?
Sports, especially soccer, are very
important to Armenians and Latinos. To a
lesser degree to Anglos.
When we have kids playing sports there is less chance
that these kids will become inmates at our local jails.
We either pay now or pay later for the betterment of
our children.
Who speaks for the little people Mr. Mayor?
