Vanguardians Board Member Pauline Field

Pauline Field, Co-Chair of Fifty/Fifty Leadership, has for the past twenty three years been a management consultant and business owner, most recently of International FieldWorks , a global management consulting agency. She has consulted with major corporations, not-for-profits, small companies and government agencies internationally. Currently she is transitioning out of consulting.

She is widely published, has appeared on a number of radio and television shows and cruise ships.

Ms. Field was recently honored as Businesswoman of the Year for Empowerment by California State legislators and named 12th of the top 103 Most Influential People by the Los Angeles Times. Her BS degree was completed at California State University, Northridge and her Master's work at Cornell University, Ithaca, NY.

She created and serves as a Commissioner for the Glendale Commission on the Status of Women, was appointed to the Glendale Charter Review Committee, and sits on the Boards of the local chapter of the United Nations Association, Glendale Human Relations Coalition, Los Angeles Women's Appointment Collaboration.
