Vanguardians Board Member Craig Boardman

 

Craig Boardman is the Managing Director of Sea Point Capital in Tustin, CA where he provides multi-financing needs of the real estate industry. Craig oversees all loan production and operations of the firm and is responsible for company training programs for staff and public seminars.

Although no longer the focus of his business, Craig's background still allows him to serve his clients with accounting, consulting and financial planning services for individuals and medium size business; consulting advice for business plans; audit representation concerning taxation issues; EDP consulting for small business; analysis of marketing and financial reporting systems; EDP systems analysis and liaison for profitability and market research and planning, internal auditing and business acquisition negotiations.

Craig's firm provides real estate brokerage services for residential and commercial clients.

Craig earned his M.B.A. at the University of Cape Town, Rhondebosch, South Africa in Finance and Marketing, his B.Sc. at the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah and a B.A. from Whitman College, Walla Walla, Washington. He earned his C.F.P. (Certified Financial Planner) from College of Financial Planning, Denver, CO.

Craig is active in the community serving as the Fundraising Event Chairman National Exchange Club of Newport Harbor where he was also the secretary/treasurer, a member of the Roosters Service Club in Irvine, CA, and was a Mentor program member for Consumer Business Network. Craig is a Coordinator of numerous charitable, social and business events an Irvine Little League Assistant Coach and Irvine Hockey Club: Club League Coach.
