Subject: Vanguard's California Public Records Act Requests and the City
of Glendales Responses
Barry:
When I
began posting these CPRARs on the Open Government (???) in Glendale California
web site back in 2006, you made at least some attempt to provide updates that
included the City of
Glendale's Responses, or links to same, as shown by the GREEN DATES below.
However, you have completely given up on providing City of Glendale's Responses
as indicated by the RED DATES.
It is
a waste of time for those who hit on my web site looking for the
information that the city provides to you in response to your CPRARs when there is no path to the information
requested. This information is just as useless to the public when
stored in your files as it is when stored in the City of
Unless you
are willing to share the results of your CPRARs
with the public by updating these requests with the
information obtained, or links to same, I am going to completely
remove ALL of this information from the Open Government (???) in
Glendale California web site.
I'd really
hate to do that as these files are among the most frequently visited on my
site. However, it simply makes no sense to post the requests without
following through and also posting the city's responses.
